Micro Fiber inserts
The microfiber inserts are made from 3 layers of 100% unbleached microfiber. The material is made up of many tiny strands, environmental friendly and gives 40 times more absorbent surface than cotton. Microfiber is great for absorbing quickly. And it can hold a lot, but natural fibers (hemp, cotton, bamboo) can hold even more!

Microfiber is a synthetic fiber. It is great for absorbing liquids quickly. If you have a heavy wetter, you could stuff your diaper with two microfiber inserts or you could add a hemp doubler behind the microfiber insert. You should never put microfiber directly against your baby's skin. Because it absorbs so well, the microfiber will absorb all the moisture and can cause a nasty rash. Always be sure to have a layer of fabric between skin and microfiber. Thats why tinytots microfiber inserts have a stay-dry layer stitched above the microfiber insert.Our stay-dry microfiber insert can be put next to babies skin directly. We also provide microfiber inserts without a stay-dry layer. Microfiber inserts without stay dry layer should be strictly kept inside the pocket opening of the diaper.
Bamboo Inserts
Bamboo is a highly absorbent natural fiber. Bamboo inserts remain soft wash after wash.Bamboo insert is made up of 4 layers,the outside 2 layers are bamboo,the inside 2 layers are microfiber.
This makes the insert super absorbent. It is super soft and silky to the touch.Bamboo is four times more absorbent than cotton.
Bamboo is also a breathable and thermal regulating product. It dries quickly, and can keeps your baby comfortable and cool, even when wet.
Charcoal bamboo inserts
